The Edge is the first office condominium project Messori Development has embarked on. Built across 14 acres, the Edge comprises of 17 buildings of mixed office and retail spaces.

The Edge Oficina is part of Campus El Segundo, a 46-acre campus in the heart of El Segundo. The Campus is home to The Los Angeles Lakers, and more than 50 workplace owners at the edge and adjacent elevon office community, with ALTA Oficina soon to join them.
